Knowledge Base->realtor->How to interview a realtor

Smart consumers interview potential Realtors before deciding on whom to hire. Just as you are sizing up the potential for a good fit, rest assured that the realtor will likely be interviewing you, too. Be wary of agents who don't ask you questions and probe for your motivation. You wouldn't work with just any agent off the street, and good agents are just as selective about their clients, too. So it is a good start to ask smart questions as the following:Interview.jpg

Would you want to work with someone that is part time agent? Actually, how many part time doctors have you met?
  4. What Are the Top Three Things That Separate You From Your Competition?

    • Excellent negotiators

Many Realtors have their own websites. If he/she does not have one, it could be a warning to you that he/she is either new to real estate industry or does keep up with the fast pacing world. If he/she does have one, check the website after back home. The more professional the website is, the better the person is.
